This Intellectual Property and Copyright Policy sets out the ownership of, and the permitted use of, the material published by MindShift Mentors on this website and through the MindShift Mentors app.
1. Ownership
All material produced by or for MindShift Mentors is owned or licensed by us and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trade mark law. This includes:
- the Mindshift Method and Cognitive Pattern Reprogramming content, frameworks and session structures;
- all audio recordings and guided sessions, including scripts, narration and the recordings themselves;
- all written material, including articles, guides, eBooks, program notes and website copy;
- all digital materials, including the app, its design and its software;
- all images, video, graphics and design elements; and
- our branding, including the MindShift Mentors and Mindshift Method names, logos and other marks.
2. Your Licence to Use Our Material
While your subscription or access is active, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to listen to and read our material for your own personal, non-commercial use.
That licence ends when your subscription or access ends. It does not transfer any ownership to you.
3. What You May Not Do
Without our prior written permission, you must not:
- copy, download, record, screen-capture or otherwise reproduce our recordings or material;
- share, republish, distribute, broadcast or play our material publicly;
- share, sell or transfer your account credentials so that another person can access our material;
- use our material for any commercial purpose, including training, coaching or resale;
- create derivative works from our material, or use it to develop a competing product or service;
- modify, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source of the app or the website; or
- remove or alter any copyright, trade mark or ownership notice.
4. Trade Marks
The MindShift Mentors and Mindshift Method names and logos, and the other marks used on this website and in the app, are our trade marks or are used under licence. They must not be used without our prior written permission.
5. Third-Party Material
Some material on this website is owned by third parties and used with permission or under licence. That material remains the property of its owner and is subject to the owner's terms.
6. Permitted Use and Requests
You may quote a short extract from our written material for review, commentary, news reporting, research or study, provided you attribute it to MindShift Mentors and link to the original page. Any other use, including affiliate and partner use, requires our written permission. Requests can be sent to the address below.
7. Reporting Infringement
If you believe material on this website or in our app infringes your copyright, or you have found our material being used without permission, please contact us with the details, including the location of the material and a description of the work concerned. We will investigate and act on valid claims, which may include removing the material.
8. Breach
Unauthorised use of our material may result in access being suspended or terminated, and may give rise to legal action. This policy operates alongside our Terms and Conditions.

MindShift Mentors reserves the right to update this Intellectual Property and Copyright Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
