MindShift Mentors provides services, including but not limited to:
- Strategic hypnotherapy sessions for sleep improvement, anxiety management, trauma recovery, and behavioral transformation.
- Personal development coaching tailored to individual goals.

Service Limitations
- All services are subject to availability and suitability for the client.
- Strategic hypnotherapy does not guarantee specific outcomes, as results may vary based on individual circumstances.
4. Booking and Appointments
- Users can book strategic hypnotherapy sessions through our website or via direct communication.
- Appointments are confirmed only after receiving full or partial payment, depending on the service.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of payment, as outlined in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5. Payment Terms
- Payments for strategic hypnotherapy and other services must be made through secure payment gateways integrated into our website.
- All fees are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified.
- We do not store payment details. Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are processed only in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. The Mindshift Method Digital Subscription
The Mindshift Method is a self-guided digital program of audio sessions delivered through the MindShift Mentors app on a subscription basis. It is a separate offering from the individual professional services described above, and the following terms apply to it.
Access to the Digital Program
- A subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to stream the sessions in the app for your own personal use while your subscription is active.
- Sessions must not be downloaded, copied, recorded, shared, resold or played publicly. Ownership of the content remains with MindShift Mentors, as set out in section 8.
- The Mindshift Method digital program provides self-guided wellbeing, personal-development and pattern-change content. It does not provide medical or psychological diagnosis and is not intended to replace medical, psychological, psychiatric or other appropriate professional care.
- We may add, change or retire individual sessions in the library over time.
Free Trial
- New users can start a 7-night free trial, which unlocks one full session for seven nights. It does not unlock the full library.
- No credit card is required to start the free trial, and it does not convert into a paid subscription on its own.
Subscription, Billing and Renewal
- Subscriptions are offered on a monthly plan at $29.95 AUD per month and an annual plan at $299 AUD per year, in Australian Dollars and including GST where applicable.
- Payment is taken at the start of each billing period, and subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the price then in effect until you cancel. We will give you notice of any price change before it takes effect.
Cancellation
- You can cancel anytime from your account in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Account and Access Conditions
- You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for any activity under your account.
- An account is for one person. Account credentials must not be shared, sold or transferred.
- We may suspend or end access to the digital program where these Terms are breached.
Refunds
- A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the Mindshift Method digital subscription, running from your first payment on a subscription, monthly or annual. After that window, cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund a payment already made. Refunds are governed by our Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy.
- Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during the booking process or when requested for services.
- Attend scheduled sessions punctually and engage respectfully with MindShift Mentors staff.
- Not misuse or share confidential materials provided during or after sessions.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property on this website, including but not limited to text, images, videos, logos, and software, is owned or licensed by MindShift Mentors.
Restrictions
Users are prohibited from:
- Copying, reproducing, or distributing website content without prior written permission.
- Using website materials for commercial purposes without consent.
- Modifying or reverse-engineering any part of the website or its functionality.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
MindShift Mentors is committed to protecting your privacy. All data collected through the website or during service interactions is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
