Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Here are answers to some common questions about our approach.

How does it help with stress and anxiety? +

Answer: It helps with the automatic responses that keep tension and overwhelm running. Sessions support calmer regulation without asking you to revisit past events, which is why people find it easier to stay with than approaches that require retelling.

What if I’ve tried hypnosis before and it didn’t work? +

Answer: This is not that. Cognitive Pattern Reprogramming targets specific cognitive patterns using a structured framework, rather than relying on suggestion alone. A lot of people who come to it have tried something similar and found it did not hold.

Is this just a sleep meditation? +

Answer: No. Sessions can feel calming, and many people do fall asleep in them, but they are built to support lasting mental and emotional change rather than relaxation on its own.

What is Cognitive Pattern Reprogramming and how does it work? +

Answer: It is a guided audio method that helps with the automatic mental patterns driving stress, anxiety and emotional overload. Rather than focusing on the behaviour you can see, it targets the response running underneath it, which is what keeps the behaviour coming back.

What issues can this approach support? +

Answer: Commonly stress, anxiety, sleep difficulties, emotional regulation, habits, confidence, performance and mindset. There are eleven pathways, each built around a different set of patterns.

How is this different from traditional hypnosis? +

Answer: Traditional hypnosis approaches often work through suggestion. Cognitive Pattern Reprogramming takes a different, structured approach aimed at the automatic response itself. You stay aware and in control the whole way through.

Who can benefit from this approach? +

Answer: People wanting focused, practical change without long term talk therapy, particularly where a specific pattern is affecting daily life.

Can it improve sleep quality? +

Answer: Yes. By calming the mental responses that keep the system overactivated, sessions can help both getting to sleep and staying asleep.

Why should I choose this approach? +

Answer: It offers a structured, focused method for change that keeps emotional strain low while building real world resilience. If nothing shifts, you cancel, and it has cost you nothing.

Can it change or manipulate my memories? +

Answer: No. It does not alter or implant memories. It helps with present day responses and forward change only.

Can it be combined with other therapies? +

Answer: Yes. It sits alongside other therapeutic or wellness practices, including CBT, and plenty of people use it while already seeing someone.

Is this approach generally suitable for self-guided use? +

Answer: The sessions are designed as non-invasive, self-guided audio experiences. Do not listen while driving or operating machinery. If you have a medical or mental health condition and are unsure whether the program is suitable for you, seek appropriate professional advice.

Can it help with habit change? +

Answer: Yes. It helps with the mental patterns that sustain a behaviour rather than asking you to override it with willpower, which is usually why habits come back.

How long does it take to see results? +

Answer: Some people notice changes quickly while others find change develops more gradually. Individual experiences vary. We recommend listening consistently for at least 21 days.
