Answer: No. Sessions can feel calming, and many people do fall asleep in them, but they are built to support lasting mental and emotional change rather than relaxation on its own.

Answer: The sessions are designed as non-invasive, self-guided audio experiences. Do not listen while driving or operating machinery. If you have a medical or mental health condition and are unsure whether the program is suitable for you, seek appropriate professional advice.
