This Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy explains the terms governing payments, refunds, and cancellations for the Mindshift Method digital subscription, and for coaching packages, strategic hypnotherapy sessions, and other services offered through our website.
1. Payment Methods
We use Stripe, a secure payment gateway, to process all online payments for our services.

Payment Process
- Payments must be completed online through our website (/) to confirm bookings for strategic hypnotherapy sessions or coaching packages.
- Once the payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your booking or package details.
- All transactions are encrypted and securely processed through Stripe, ensuring your payment information is protected.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be happy with what you have paid for. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your Mindshift Method digital subscription. The 30 days run from your first payment on a subscription. Contact us within that window and we will refund that payment in full, in accordance with this policy.
3. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
We provide a 100% money-back guarantee in the following situations:
Mindshift Method Digital Subscription:
- A 30-day money-back guarantee applies, running from your first payment on a subscription, monthly or annual. If you are not satisfied, contact us within that window and we will refund that payment in full.
- After the 30 days, cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund a payment already made. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Strategic Hypnotherapy Sessions:
- We offer a Free 15-minute session with a qualified strategic hypnotherapist. If you are not satisfied, there is no obligation to proceed further.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Late cancellations or no-shows (as per our Cancellation Policy).
- Dissatisfaction due to factors beyond our control, such as technical issues unrelated to our platform.
- Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed through Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated.
3A. Mindshift Method Digital Subscription
The Mindshift Method digital program is sold as a subscription through the MindShift Mentors app. The following terms apply to that subscription.
Free Trial
- New users can start a 7-night free trial, which unlocks one full session for seven nights. It does not unlock the full library.
- No credit card is required to start the free trial.
- The free trial does not convert into a paid subscription on its own. You choose whether to subscribe at the end of it.
Subscription and Billing
- Subscriptions are offered on a monthly plan at $29.95 AUD per month and an annual plan at $299 AUD per year.
- Payment is taken at the start of each billing period through our payment provider.
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Automatic Renewal
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or annually, at the price then in effect, until you cancel.
- We will give you notice of any change to the subscription price before it takes effect.
Cancellation
- You can cancel anytime from your account in the app.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
- Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund. Refunds are covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee above.

- The 30 days run from your first payment on a subscription, monthly or annual. If you are not satisfied, contact us within that window and we will refund that payment in full.

Access
- A subscription is for your personal use. Account access must not be shared, sold or transferred.
- We may suspend or end access where a subscription is used in breach of our Terms and Conditions.
4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules may change, and we aim to accommodate your needs. However, cancellations and rescheduling requests must follow these guidelines:
Cancellation Guidelines
Cancellations with 24+ Hours’ Notice:
- If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, you are eligible for a full refund or a free rescheduling option.
Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice:
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, you may forfeit the payment or receive a 50% refund at our discretion.
No-Shows:
- If you fail to attend a session without prior notice, the payment for that session is non-refundable.
Rescheduling
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the session.
- We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred new date and time.
5. Rescheduled or Cancelled by Us
In rare circumstances, MindShift Mentors may need to cancel or reschedule a session.
- In such cases, we will notify you promptly and provide the option for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
6. Client Responsibilities
By booking a strategic hypnotherapy session or package with MindShift Mentors, you agree to:
- Attend all scheduled sessions on time.
- Provide accurate contact information to ensure timely communication.
- Inform us of any changes to your availability as soon as possible.
7. Changes to This Policy
MindShift Mentors reserves the right to update this Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
